I would agree to some extent, however with age comes wisdom...as long as he can remember what he was making a ruling on. I actually belive with Roberts in, it adds a certain younger, fresher perspective in the mix. If anything one more vote to offset the Commie Socialist Feminist Ruth Bater Gensberg. Just my two cents.
